My name is Terence Pho, and I'm a product and experience design professional based in Melbourne, Australia.


Over the past decade, I’ve worked across the spectrum—from helping startups scale to partnering with enterprise organisations to solve complex challenges and drive performance. Along the way, I’ve helped more than 300+ Australian small businesses get online, grow, and prosper.


At the moment, I’m currently in a senior product design role at RACV, leading the launch of a new platform that aims to revolutionise the car research experience in Victoria.
